Whole House Renovations

James Dunnett has undertaken a number of major renovations, replannings, or refurbishments affecting the whole of an individual house. In many cases these properties have been listed – up to Grade 1 – and have usually at least been in a Conservation Area. The objective has always been to simplify and clarify the plan so as to create clear internal spaces, well lit and with optimal orientation wherever possible to the garden.
